Rachael Dalzell

Rachael Dalzell studied at the Wimbledon School of Art.  Her work is inspired by the natural environment in regions renowned for the starkness of the landscape.  These include the volcanic regions of Iceland, the windswept, stormy beaches of northern England and the rugged mountains of Andalucia.  Her chosen locations are the domain of Mother Nature often leaving the observer with a feeling of insignificance amidst a barren desolation.  

Dalzell has previously been nominated for the Boundary Figurative Art Prize and is held in the Clerical Medical corporate collection.
